P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses HypeFrenzy ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@hypefrenzy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages & Lost Packages HypeFrenzy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
